Dilute 40 cc of the product in the bath at 37 °C and soak for 20 minutes. The effect of Aroma Hydro Baths can be enhanced by using them in synergic combinations.
Essential oils of thyme, lavender, rosemary, lemon, sage, eucalyptus, nutmeg and geranium.
